" If you are bored with dry and tough salmon, try this gentle steam cooking version! Fish meat is tasty and tender and the side sauce enhance you dish. If you find savage salmon this is better, its taste is outstanding. You can serve this dish with sliced leaks that you can cook in you Vitaliseur for 5 minutes at the same time of the salmon."

  • 4 salmon fillets 
  • Virgin olive oil 
  • Curry 
  • 1 lemon 
  • Cebettes 
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Fill the vitaliseur’s tank one-third full with water to make it boil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and let stand to ambient temperature
  3. Place your salmon in the cooking basket for 3 to 4 minutes cooking (depending on the thickness of the salmon) It must remain rare at the heart.
  4. Pour the olive oil in a bowl, add the lemon juice, curry and the chopped cebettes. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Dress the salmon in a plate and coat generously with the sauce. It’s ready!
